Great approach to daily productivity…good quality

For me, the main reason to get this journal is that the pre-printed pages for the daily writings are well designed. I’m a fan of listing very limited priorities that need to be accomplished. Also, I find that noting my mood is a great practice, particularly if you go back and look for trends. If the pre-printed page design works for you, you will like the journal.Quality is good, certainly more than durable enough for 180 days. I recommend the approach of this journal and the book itself.

Great for students.

I got this for my son. He didn't like it because it was for people who really want to be organized at school. I guess that's not him.It has tons of great stuff to fill out to keep you organized. Lots of motivational stuff too. The paper is really nice quality and the binding seems like it will hold up for a while.The way it organizes information seems intuitive. It makes the user focus on tasks that needs to be achieved and also has emphasis on well being and mental health/mood.

Nice academic planner

I got this for my granddaughter to help her keep track of her school work, she is taking many AP science and math classes and she finds this very helpful staying on track. She is able to block time slots according to the course work and track her progress with her work.

Neat journal for all ages

This journal is very neat! Sans the pages in the front that deal specifically with school, I think the journal can work well for all ages. Lots of different pages that gauge goals, affirmations, moods, etc. The book is well made and very sturdy. The only issue I have is that is has a very strong chemical/mothball smell that is very overpowering. Otherwise, it's a great book and would be a nice gift, once you air it out, lol.
