Great Fun Self-Care Journal

Got this for my wife who has been feeling more stressed during the pandemic. She likes to draw and write and this journal offers options for both. So far so good as she is using it daily and finds it easy to do as she wins down at night. Since it’s black and white inside, I recommend gifting it with colored pens. My wife loves Muji pens and has been having a lot of fun with this journal.

The Journal I've Been Looking For!

I really enjoy journaling and have tried different journals. However, it was getting to be a bit overwhelming since many also included a planner element. I wanted to find a journal that really focused on self-growth and self-exploration. I was really excited to see this journal. I really like the exercises and how there's a variety. The daily Gratitude and Knowledge section is easy to fill in, because I can just throw down a word or two if I don't feel like I have a lot of time to sit and journal, but still feel like I'm checking in and making progress. I also like that there are written prompts for days when I feel like spending more time reflecting.
